Sergey Lavrukhin

Biography
Sergey Lavrukhin has more than 12-year experience at key positions in finance, as well as 6-year experience at the position of Managing Director at large holdings. Currently, Mr. Lavrukhin is General Director of RBC, and also serves on Company's Board of Directors. Prior to that Mr. Lavrukhin had held positions of Executive Director of ONEXIM Group and General Director of the Jivi! Media Group, had served as Executive Director at the ADV advertisement holding company and at the 2x2 TV channel, as well as Finance Director at the Prof-Media media holding company. Before that, over the course of four years, Sergey had served as Finance Director of the Russian branch of the Hachette Filipacchi Media publishing holding company. Apart from the advertising experience in the media sector, Sergey had worked as Finance Director of the PIT brewing company, also serving in various finance positions in the telecommunications business (Golden Telecom) and in heavy engineering (ABB Uniturbo). Sergey graduated from the Moscow Management Institute majoring in business management, and completed an International Executive course at the INSEAD international business school in France.
Alexander Morgulchik

Biography
Alexander Morgulchik is Deputy General Director of RBC, and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of RBC. Mr. Molgulchik has professional experience in accounting and finance, and participated in a number of commercial ventures, including a hardware and software vendor. Education: Ph.D. in Economics, Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.
Dmitry Belik

Biography
Mr. Belik co-founded RBC with Mr. Kaplun and Mr. Morgulchik. He served as Chief Financial Officer with the compŕny from 2000 till November 2006. Before concentrating solely on RBC, he was a partner in a number of ventures. He holds Ph.D. in Economics (Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics) and has several awards granted to the most professional Russian financial officers.

Biography
Currently heads RBC Media, uniting the RosBusinessConsulting information agency, business Internet resources, the RBC TV business television channel, the RBC publishing house, and non-business Internet resources and services (Mediamir). Mr. Inutin has been in charge of the company's media business since 1996. He held the position of the Chief Administrative Officer of RosBusinessConsulting from 1994 to 1996. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Inutin was a development team leader at a Russian scientific institute where he was responsible for managing database software development. He has also worked at a trading company as the Advertising Director. Education: Moscow Technical University, Russian Finance Academy, Ph.D. in Economics.

Biography
Evgeny Shishkov is a Deputy General Director of RBC since October 2010. Earlier Evgeny served as Financial and Executive Director of Marketing Services Division at ADV Group, headed Financial Service at television channel 2ő2. In 2000-2006 held positions in financial divisions at Prof-Media Management and Publishing House AFS. Evgeny graduated from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics.
Ekaterina Lebedeva

Biography
At the beginning of her career, Ms. Lebedeva worked as a clerk at the Tekhnobank and eventually rose to the rank of the Deputy Head of the Treasury's Back Office. Subsequent professional experience includes a top managerial position at a company engaged in real estate valuation. Ms. Lebedeva joined RBC in 1999 where she had been holding the post of the Chief Administrative Officer and then headed the advertising branch within RBC's media business. Education: Financial Academy, Ph.D. in Economics from the Moscow Technological Institute.
Vyacheslav Masenkov

Biography
Vyacheslav Masenkov joined the RBC team at the beginning of 2000 as the director of the Consulting Department. Earlier he was the chief of analytical departments at a number of large banks and investment companies. Vyacheslav Masenkov took part in the creation of the first mutual fund in Russia. Vyacheslav Masenkov is a member of the Expert Council of PRIOR (Russian e-Development Partnership, www.russia-gateway.ru). He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (the MIPT State University) and received a Master's degree from the Higher School of Economics - State University. Vyacheslav Masenkov also received a PhD degree in Computer Science from the MIPT.

Biography
Alexander Belonovsky joined the RBC team in 2000 as head of the News Service department. He began his career in journalism at the Yunost (Youth) regional youth newspaper in Yaroslavl in 1987. For a long time he has worked at various regional and national mass media, including the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper and the Interfax news agency. He graduated from the Ushinsky Yaroslavl State Teacher Training University. He holds a Candidate Degree in history.
Alexander Lyubimov

Biography
Alexander Lyubimov joined RBC team in November 2011 as General Director of RBC TV. Alexander Lyubimov is a prominent TV journalist, successful producer and public figure with more than 20 years of experience in working on Russian television. He is a cofounder of VID TV company and served on its executive board from 1993 to 1998. In 1992-1993 Alexander hosted the Krasny Kvadrat (Red Square) show and managed international broadcasting on the All-Russia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company Ostankino (VGTRK), in 1995-1998 hosted the Odin na Odin (Face to Face) TV show, in 1997-1998 headed the Directorate of News Broadcasting at the Public Russian Television TV channel (ORT). In 1998-2001 he hosted a TV show Zdes y Seychas (Here and now). In 2001-2003 he was appointed First Deputy CEO of Channel One Russia and produced several TV shows. In 2000 Alexander cofounded the MediaUnion, a union of creative media professionals, and in 2001-2008 held a position of its President. In 2007-2011 he worked for Russia TV channel as a host, and in December 2007 was named First Deputy CEO. Alexander has been member of the Russian Television Academy since 1998. Alexander Lyubimov graduated from the Moscow State Institute for International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of USSR in 1984, Harvard University (USA) in 1996 and the International Animation Institute (USA) in 2006.

Biography
Anna has been at the reins of the RBC TV Newsroom since the launch of the Russian business television channel. Anna gradually worked her way up from a correspondent, an editor and a presenter to head of the newsroom, with previous professional experience including positions with Yunost Radio, Radio Rossii, ORT Information Television Agency, Kamerton Radio (the first commercial business radio station), NTV, and REN-TV. In August 2006, Anna was appointed RBC TV Deputy Editor-in-Chief.
Mikhail Gourevitch

Biography
Mikhail Gourevitch joined RBC in 1999 as a parliamentary journalist and analyst. Mr. Gourevitch rapidly progressed through positions of increasing responsibility to become the Deputy Director of RBC's media business in charge of advertising and promotion in 2004. He played the leading role in creating the daily electronic newspaper Ytro.ru, which grew into one of the leading online sources for general news in Russia. Prior to joining the company, he was a co-owner of the Israeli-based news agency Cursor, which ran a Russian language news service. He also produced the first radio program in Israel (CHAVO.net) about the Internet for the Russian speaking audience. Mikhail actively participated in the establishment of the Russian Internet through numerous thematic projects, associations, conferences and forums. He hosts a television program on RBC TV, which is dedicated to marketing, public relations and advertising. Mr. Gourevitch also teaches lectures on information stream management in the Internet at the Journalism Faculty of the Moscow State University. He graduated from the Academy of Commercial Communications in Tel Aviv. He received his second educational degree from the North-West Academy of Public Administration in Saint Petersburg.

Joined RBC team in 2008 as head of the company's regional projects. Since March 2009, has been appointed Acting General Director of the RBC Publishing house. Before that, Mr. Fedorov was Sales Director at the AST publishing holding, earlier - General Director of Pressa Stolitsy. He also held the position of Deputy General Director of Pronto-Moscow - East European branch of Trader Classified Media NV holding - for more than 8 years. Alexey graduated from the University of the Russian Academy of Education (faculty of economics), and has master's degree in business administration from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Natalia Cherepova is in charge of RBC's Corporate Affairs. She joined RBC in 2004 as the head of the Special Projects Department. Earlier, she worked in the Russian Foreign Ministry, the Extrabudgetary Resources Department. Natalia is a graduate of the Moscow State University and the Diplomatic Academy under the Russian Foreign Ministry. In 2007 and 2009 Natalia became an awardee of the “Top1000 Most Professional Managers in Russia”.
Olga Petrova

Biography
Ms. Petrova joined RBC in February 2005 as head of the company's personnel department. Previously she headed the HR department at Pharmacy Chain 36.6. Ms. Petrova is a graduate of the Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia and Labor and Social Relations Academy. She is a member of Russia's National Union of Personnel Managers.
